Minnesota Røkkr vs Vegas Legion

Map 1: Hydro Hardpoint 

Røkkr started Hydro Hardpoint with a solid 23 – 6 lead in their favor. A scrappy P2 was underway, but Vegas Legion were able to take the lead. P3 commences with spawns on their side and Bance goes on a stellar five-streak as they take the lead again. Attach and Cammy chime with streaks of their own, increasing the lead to 131 – 77 during the second rotation. Attach’s standout performance with a 1.79 KD and the most hill time on the team help Røkkr win game 1 250 – 209.

Map 2: Mercado Search and Destroy 

Momentum now on the side of Røkkr, Legion come out swinging with an opening-round win but Attach silences it with two in the next round. Afro steps up in round four with a clutch Three-piece. Røkkr tie up the game yet again thanks to beautiful teamwork in a swing round to make it 4 – 4. Røkkr fought hard, but Legion took the map 6 – 4 to tie the series. 

Map 3: Hotel Control 

Afro starts off the map with a tactical three-piece to take control of Legion and slow down the opening push. Cammy unlocks a cruise missile and utilizes it to get a dominant round-one defense win. Attach lights up the scoreboard as well, but the round’s not won yet. Lives are in the Legion’s favor 6 – 2 with 1.6 seconds left. Cammy and Attach get the kills and the full capture to take the lead 2 – 0. Røkkr easily take the third round of control and lead the series 2-1.

Map 4: Mercado Hardpoint 

The opening points are a close battle for control. Røkkr has control on P4 momentarily before Legion retakes. Røkkr try to regain but are unable to catch up. Legion take Mercado Hardpoint 250 – 180. 

Map 5: Fortress Search and Destroy

Round one and two go the way of Legion, but Røkkr get a round on the board thanks to a two-piece by Cammy. Røkkr fought hard all the way towards the end, but Legion took Map five 6 – 1 to take the series 3 – 2.
