Attendees must be 17+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All attendees under 17 must present a consent form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, to attend the event. Spectators 16 years old must present a signed consent form but do not need a parent or guardian. Spectators 13-15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AND present a signed consent form. Spectators under 13 are not allowed in the venue. The minor in attendance form can be accessed here. Please print, complete the form, and bring it with you to the venue. If you forget the form, there will be backup copies at the entrance, if needed.

Palace Theatre 
Large bags, including messenger bags and backpacks, must be left at coat check. 

Bag check is $5 and mandatory for all large bags and backpacks. 

All bags are subject to search upon entry. 

Orpheum Theater 
Small personal purses / clutches / fanny packs (max size 6.5″ x 4.5″ x 1″) or clear plastic bags (max size 12″ x 12″ x 6″) are the only carry-in bags that are allowed. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. 

All bags are subject to search upon entry. 

No weapons of any kind or replica weapons are allowed at either venue. This includes costumes.  

No professional recording equipment is allowed at either venue.  

Palace Theatre 

Street parking is available but limited. There are many parking ramps close to the venue. The cost of those ramps may vary.  

Orpheum Theater 

Street parking is available but limited. There are a few parking ramps around the venue, but we highly recommend using a ride share service or public transportation if possible. 

Palace Theatre has a coat check at the venue. 

Orpheum Theater does not have a coat check at the venue.

Ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges unless the show is canceled. 

Orpheum Theater 

All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled.

No smoking or vaping outside of permitted areas at both Minnesota Røkkr Home Series venues. 

Yes, reentry is allowed as long as you have your ticket to scan back into the venue. You will not be permitted to reenter the venue without your ticket.
