Version1 VALORANT showed up in force at the first Game Changers event of the season, cruising their way to a first-place finish with a flawless 17-0 map record and earning their share of the $50,000 prize pool in the process. The expectations for V1 VALORANT’s star-studded roster were already high, but this unquestionably dominant showing at their first official Riot Games tournament has made it clear that this team is currently the most skilled Game Changers roster competing in North America.
For V1 VALORANT’s veteran players, Melanie “meL” Capone and Alexis “alexis” Guarrasi, this win at Game Changers was something of a victory lap — this is the eighth Game Changers tournament the two players have won over the course of their careers.
V1’s young duelist prodigy, Ava “florescent” Eugene, was the star of the show at Game Changers. The team, especially Nicole “Noia” Tierce and Sarah “sarah” Simpson, constantly coordinated plays that allowed florescent to unleash the full power of her flashy mechanical skills on V1’s opponents.

- Average Combat Score (ACS): 334.7
- Damage Per Round: 216.2
- Kills Per Round: 1.21
